Although the colors are subdued, this quilt is far from solemn. This is a timeless piece reminiscent of one that might have been lovingly stitched and draped across the hand-carved crib of a little babe in the mid-1800s. Gorgeous and functional!

Pastel Pinwheels
This quilt is not pieced in the traditional way. It is made from what is called "cheater's cloth", meaning that when the fabric is women the patchwork design is pre-printed on it. Careful machine quilting makes the design 'pop' and gives the impression of a quilt that has been cut and pieced entirely by hand.
